| This farmhouse offers the perfect retreat for those seeking peace, tranquility and a genuine friendly welcome. The farmhouse called “Olive Groves” is situated in the Umbrian countryside, only 3 km from the medieval hill town of Montefalco , home of the famous Sagrantino wine.
“Olive Groves” is surrounded by olive trees, and has a splendid view of the valley. The air is fresh and pure. Quietness pervades, yet all the conveniences of modern living are nearby if desired.
Guests can use the outdoor swimming pool, the well-equipped garden with chairs, parasols, tables and barbecue.
Our cottages are spacious and comfortable, the ideal place for families or groups of friends to stay. Brief description of the farmhouse: Ground floor 110 square metres. Sleeps 8 a double bedroom. Large and spacious living room with fireplace, here we can add other 4 sleeps, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. First floor 160 square metres. Sleeps up to 12. 4 bedrooms: 3 triples, and one double bedroom. Dining area, large living room with fully equipped kitchen and a terrace where you can enjoy the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside. The area is superb for walking or cycling, and you can also enjoy horse riding in the nearby manege or relax beside the swimming pool.
