By Car:
from Arezzo: Take the A1 Motorway exit at the Arezzo Tollgate - from Arezzo go up the Arno valley along the S.S. 71 Umbria-Casentino
from “Firenze Sud” exit of the A1 motorway - take the State Road to Pontassieve (S.S. 70) across the Consuma Pass driving in the directions of Bibbiena, and onto Poppi. Then you can reach "Borgo alla Collina"
from Mugello driving along state road S.S. 556 via Londa (from the “Barberino di Mugello” exit of the A1 motorway to Poppi there’s a distance of about 70km)
from Valdarno across the Crocina Pass (from the “Valdarno” exit of the A1 motorway to Bibbiena there is a distance of about 25 km)
from Valtiberina take state road S.S. 208 to Chiusi della Verna across the Spino pass (from “Pieve S. Stefano” exit of the E45 highway)

By Train:
From Arezzo railway station, take the train to Casentino.
From Florence station, take the train to Arezzo and then change in order to take the connection to Casentino; you can also take a bus with destination "Borgo alla Collina".
By Bus:
From Florence leaving from the square of the Central Station:

For those who arrive by plane at "Peretola Airport" in Florence (or from the station "Santa Maria Novella" too) it can be possible have a shuttle service (this is an extra service on request) from and to Villa Il Borgo. |

| Villa "Wellness & Relax" is a typical Tuscan villa that stands alone in a huge park, with a great view over the Arno Valley. Large doors open directly into the garden. A private terrace with great views offers the possibility for an outdoor dinner.
The Villa is skillfully restructured in every detail. It is furnished with antique Tuscan pieces and has a very private atmosphere. The Villa belongs to an art collector from Rome and many pieces of his collection are shown in the house.
The Villa is ideal for groups and families and for birthday and wedding ceremonies. A golf course at Poppi, tennis, a lake and horse riding facilities are only 2 miles away. The private park offers about 30,000 square meters of meadows and ancient trees. The park is fenced and there is a private road which leads to the property; nobody will disturb your privacy.
The villa is perfectly located in order to discover the hidden parts of Tuscany and the famous cities of art and culture, either by car or with public transport. The large pool 8x 16 meters is locate in a panoramic position, 50 meters from the house.
The closest village is one mile away. The buses to Florence and Arezzo (each 25 miles away) leave every hour. Several nice restaurants, shops and food stores are close by. There is also professional Sauna with chromoterapy, music-teraphy and biosauna with aromatic oil. There is also Internet no-stop ADSL
There is a large double door that open up to the barbeque area, and where are a table and a beach umbrella. A private garden place and a terrace with barbeque, tables, sun chairs and umbrellas are inviting you.

Independent Villa il Borgo - 16+6 guests - approx. 350m² ( 8 BEDROOMS 7 BATH)
Ground Floor:(4 BEDROOMS 4 BATHS) Entrance from the covered patio where you will find a wrought iron table and chairs in order to enjoy breakfast outside. The large eat-in kitchen has a French door which leads to the surrounding garden area. The dining room table is large enough for eight person and opens directly into the living room where are two double sofa bed. On this floor there are 3 bedroom which have direct access through the living room, another double bedroom and three bathrooms. There is also a room with a beautiful sauna.
First Floor: (4 BEDROOMS 3 BATHS) This upper floor is accessed from the huge patio which leads into the large second eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and plenty of cooking space - a great area for personalised cooking classes! From the kitchen one enters into a huge dining room, great for large groups! Here you will find the main entrance which opens up to a covered patio area, and the path leading to the pool and a shady picnic area. The open living-sitting room area has several sofas a satellite TV and a beautifully stone carved fireplace with real olive wood floors. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom located on this floor.
Second Floor: In the dining room there is access to a stairwell which leads to the second floor and to the other two bedrooms with their own shared bathroom.
Facilities :
The private park offers about 30.000 squared meters of meadows and ancient trees. The park is fenced and there is a private road which leads to the property; nobody will disturb your privacy.
The large swimming pool of 8x16 meters is located in a panoramic position, 50 meters from the house.The pool area has a stupendous view of the valley.
Every guest has at disposal mountan bikes, a "Nissan Terrano II" with air contitioned and leather interiors at the price of 500 Euro for a week, or a "Mercedes S 3000" full optional (the price for this last one is to be agreed upon request).
You can have on request dinner in a nearby restaurant with typical Tuscan cuisine.
