The Country House, in dominant position, is a typical Umbrian Stone biulding. It's tower dates back to 1200 with parts added in 1700 whwn it became a home. The interior, about 200 mq wide, has old pieces of furniture right for the surroundings. THE VILLA
The Villas is a 250mq two - floors building with a central tower, with a large fire - place and a hall at the second floor. It is weel furnished with old pieces of furniture. It cam be entirely or in two autonomous flats. HISTORY
The first building of the "Country House" was made in 1200 to defend the clerical lands. Still now the propety borders on Clery lands in which there is San Gregorio churh. In the past time for the Santo Patrono's feat the inabitans had the permission to cross the property, that in day was of all. SWIMMING POOL
