THE CASTLE
The castle is an historical residence immersed in the tranquillity of the verdant umbrian-tuscans hills. The rooms are elegantly decorated, further innobled with lovely antique furniture, and equipped with every comfort.
In the beautiful turandot dining-room you will discover the intriguing flavours of a true regional cuisine. The handsome library (1500th) and exquisite sitting-rooms are ideals for reading, conversation and work.
The castle also offers a distinctive meeting rooms, where even work becomes a pleasure. Impeccable and unobtrusive service, and the magical natural scenery, make of the castle an ideal setting for any type of cultural occasion and society life. it continues...

THE VILLA
The Villa is a late nineteenth-century residence adjoining the castle.
The rooms are soberly and elegantly furnished.
The selective brickwork, the warm wood panelling and neutral colours reflect authentic umbrian tradition, and convey a mood of ease and total relaxation.
The Villa contains modern meeting-rooms for the most varied business-requirements. Breakfast, bar-service and restaurant are provided in the turandot hall of the castle.
Guests may also make use of the sitting-rooms and library to spend enjoyable evenings with their friends, in an atmosphere of great peace and comfort.

Just 7 kilometres from the centre of Perugia, the Country House is a late 19th century residence adjacent to the Neo-Gothic history Castle.
The 21 rooms that make up the residence are furnished in a contained and elegant style. Right from the choice of the floor tiles to the neutral colouring of the wood of the furnishings, the overall dιcor is Umbrian, designed to transmit a feeling of well-being and comfort.
Country House offers a broad range of healthy activities to those guests that decide to treat themselves to a holiday in the country.
The following leisure activities are available: swimming pool, mountain bike excursions, riding (4 kilometres away), tennis (4 kilometres away), fishing (2 kilometres away).
Breakfast is served in the Turandot dining room at the castle, which also functions as the bar for the country house. A range of modern and fully equipped meeting rooms are available at Country House, to suit all kinds of company needs. Guests of the villa also have free use of the drawing rooms and library at the castle.

THE MILL
The Mill is a fascinating farm-house surrounded by 250 hectares of park.
It has been restructured into self-contained flats which are provided with every comfort.
For the deleght of those treating themselves to a country holiday, the Mill offers the best opportunity to spend one’s leisure in an invigorating and natural enveronment.
The facilities include: a swimming-pool, ping-pong, mountain-bike excursions, riding (4 km away) , tennis (4 km away), fishing (2 km away).
The Mill is an authentic farming estate zhich makes and sells typical umbrian produce, such as zine, oil, cheese ane honey.
