A farmhouse in the beautiful heart of the Umbria Valley, sourronded by 10 hectares of olive groves, vineyards and fruit trees.
Six independent apartments have been restored around the ancient stone house, which go back to 17th century. The farmhause is only 4km far from the historic centre of Perugia and offers a suggestive view of the Umbrian hills.

Accomodation:
farmhouse is composed by six independent apartments recently restored: Paulownia, Rocco, Oca, Fico, Riding and Alessandra. These are of different size and are testefully furnished with original and typical pieces.

Apartments:
- Riding and Fico (sleeps 2+2, 40sq.mts)
Ground floor, lounge with cooking area, TV and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with tub.

- Rocco and Oca (sleeps 2+2, 40sq.mts.)
First floor, lounge with cooking area, TV and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
These apartments are surrounded by a large common furnished garden, with play area for children.
- Paulownia (sleeps 2+2, 40sq.mts) Studio- Ground floor, lounge with cooking area, TV and double sofabed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, little independent garden.

- Alessandra (sleeps 4+2, 115sq.mt.)
Ground floor: grand lounge with large panoramic windows on the Umbrian hills, fireplace, TV and double sofa bed, kitchen and half bath. First floor: two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Independent, furnished garden with direct access to the swimming pool.

The Farmhause is open yearly.

ACTIVITIES IN THE FARM

Cooking lessons
In the Farmhause it is possible to partecipate to a cooking classes. The lenght of each lesson is about 3h and it includes the preparation of a complete menu that the guests can eat during the dinner, with our wine. Cooking classes can be arranged in1, 2 or 3 days, according with the number of menu that you want to try!

3 lessons for one person 130 euro
1 lesson for 2 or more people 30 euro (each person)

Sing lessons
The sing courses can be arranged for one person or for a group (max 10) and comprise: respiration, basal vocal technique, stylistic technique, psicology of the voice, the pop music (individual records) the gospel, analysis of the voice with spectrograms (Multispeech). The lenght of each lesson is 2h an be arranged in1 or 2 days
