| A top quality private estate with big pool in lavish grounds and independent apartments in two ancient stone buildings. All have elegant bathrooms and small kitchens, central heating is included in rental. Mainly for couples but there is one two bedroom apartment and some where one or two extra people can also sleep. All have sofas which convert into beds. It is in a magnificent setting, just off the ridge of the verdant mountain that runs from Lake Trasimeno in the west to the upper Tiber valley in the east. The views are of endless valleys and mountains stretching south into Umbria. Assisi is visible on the side of Monte Subasio. All the apartments have great views, TV, telephone, and central heating. There are barbecues and a separate big kitchen and dining room in a third building for communal use which also has washing machines etc. IN THE SURROUNDINGS
